I am an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa, bringing a comprehensive legal perspective to the mediation table. Additionally, I hold a Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology/Human Resources from UP. This academic background is complemented by an Accounting Qualification from the University of Cape Town, which equips me with a broad understanding of family, financial and business-related matters.

My involvement in the field of mediation is deep-rooted and extensive. I have previously served as the Chairman of the South African Association for Mediators (SAAM) and as Director at NABFAM, a testament to my commitment and expertise in this domain.

My approach is designed to facilitate constructive dialogue and find amicable solutions in a timely manner.

Your First Step Towards Resolution – Only R500

Whether you are facing divorce, a commercial dispute, or a shareholder conflict, uncertainty creates stress. You may not know where to start, what your options are, or whether mediation is even the right route for you.

That is why we offer an initial consultation for only R500.

This session is designed to give you:

  • A clear understanding of the mediation process

  • Insight into available alternatives

  • An outline of realistic next steps

  • Clarity on what to expect in terms of structure and timeframes

  • An opportunity to ask questions in a confidential setting

This is not a commitment to proceed.

It is a structured conversation to help you make an informed decision.

Many disputes escalate simply because parties do not fully understand their options. A focused consultation can provide perspective, reduce anxiety, and help you approach the situation strategically rather than emotionally.

Divorce Is Not What Destroys Families. The Process Often Does.

Divorce is, by its nature, a painful transition.

But what devastates families is often not the decision to separate — it is the way the process unfolds.

Protracted litigation.

Aggressive correspondence.

Escalating legal fees.

Emotional exhaustion.

Children caught in conflict.

Too often, the legal machinery surrounding divorce creates damage that far exceeds the breakdown of the marriage itself

The Difference Is the Process

With a competent, skilled and experienced mediator guiding the process, divorce can be structured, dignified and controlled

Not all mediation is the same.

In purely facilitative mediation, parties are often left to generate their own solutions with minimal legal input. That can feel uncertain — and at times unsafe — particularly where financial complexity or power imbalances exist.

Evaluative mediation provides something different.

You are not left to make decisions in the dark.

An experienced legal mediator:

  • Identifies legal realities early

  • Clarifies what a court is likely to do

  • Flags risks before they become disasters

  • Tests proposals against legal standards

  • Ensures agreements are enforceable and sound

You are guided.

You are informed.

You are protected.
